Can you self-heal?

My Name is Sachin Soni and I have a deep interest in this topic due to my own issues with Health which I have been majorly able to take care off now!

So, Can you really self-heal?

Well I do believe that we can and that’s based on my own personal experience coupled with lots and lots of credible articles and videos by some very well recognized people like Louis L. Hay, Wayne Dyer ,Dr. Bruce Lipton and many more……….

Louise has a proven method of using affirmations to achieve this.
As she says “Affirmations are like planting seeds in the ground. First they germinate, then they sprout roots, and then they shoot up through the ground. It takes some time to go from a seed to a full- grown plant. And so it is with affirmations- it takes some time from the first declaration to the final demonstration. Be patient.”

As with any other affirmation that you make to yourself, this holds true for your health as well.
Louise has written a complete book on this “You Can heal your life “. Posting a link for the book in case you are interested to read that ( I highly recommend  you do , it can be life changing !)

But, beware!  Using this for healing your physical and mental health is not easy but will work certainly with patience and perseverance.
I am of the belief that your mind should be trained for a while before you can see some effect and it is more so important because the physical ailments are generally painful and need immense patience to deal with. Medical Science has given us so many easy pop-in pills that it is extremely hard to resist for the temporary pleasure despite of the numerous side effects that it has.

Now when I say training , I am really referring to practicing some form of meditation which is easy for you. I think the most basic and easiest one is the Mindfulness Meditation. Since the focus of this article is not Mindfulness Meditation, I will not go in and try to explain that. But I am laying down some links for your reference if you wish to know more about it and learn how to practice it on your own:

If you are still reading this, you are on track ! If you are already practicing some sort of meditation, then you can really begin to try this. I think the affirmations work very well to begin with but you need to be extremely patient, have strong belief in yourself to be able to use them effectively.
Choose your affirmations wisely based on Louise’s guidance.
As she says that you need to be very specific in what you choose as your affirmation. 
For example, if you are suffering from lack of sleep, you can try | I get good sleep every night and I get up fresh every morning. |
Pain/Lethargy? - |I am pain free in every respect and my body is full of energy|
